Polyethylene (PE) is a lightweight, flexible material with excellent impact resistance, high impermeability and great chemical stability.

It is 100% recyclable, easy to process and a good insulator.

There are many grades of polyethylene, among the most common being low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which offer a wide range of applications.

Polyethylene extrusion products:

We manufacture polyethylene tubes with diameters ranging from ø2.5 mm to ø65 mm.

Post-extrusion machining, coiled products, different types of cuts, lengths, etc. are possible.

It is also used for the extrusion of sealing profiles, gaskets, coatings, slide guides and protective edges, including drippers.

A wide range of polyethylene types allows you to select the characteristics required for each product.

  • High flexibility or rigidity, depending on the type (LDPE or more rigid HDPE).
  • Excellent chemical resistance, withstands acids, bases and solvents.
  • Good moisture resistance, ideal for waterproof applications.
  • Good electrical insulator, used in cables and electronic components.
