PVC extrusion

Experts in PVC extrusion, flexible PVC and rigid PVC, or co-extrusion of both.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is one of the most versatile plastics on the market. Its ability to be both rigid and flexible, together with its excellent chemical resistance, good fire performance and durability in demanding environments, make it an ideal material for multiple applications.

We can carry out extrusion processes on both rigid PVC and flexible PVC. Furthermore, the incorporation of additives such as thermal stabilisers or flame retardants further expands its technological possibilities.

The co-extrusion of both types of PVC allows for specialised geometries that function as fasteners and, at the same time, as joints, thus offering a range of innovative and efficient solutions.

PVC extrusion products.

We can manufacture a wide range of extruded shapes, co-extruded products and, of course, tubes. We have different types of cutting systems and even auxiliary elements that allow us to make flexible PVC coils.

In addition, we have the capacity to manufacture profiles from a few millimetres to more than six metres in length, depending on the rigid PVC profile required by your sector.

Applications:

  • Profiles for enclosures, windows or blinds.
  • Channels, cable glands and corrugated pipes.
  • Flexible joints or shock-absorbing elements in soft PVC.
  • Protective profiles.

Physical and mechanical properties of PVC

  • High chemical resistance: withstands acids, alkalis and cleaning products.
  • Excellent outdoor durability: resistant to weathering and UV rays.
  • Good fire resistance: PVC is self-extinguishing.
  • Versatile hardness: can be formulated to be rigid or flexible.
  • Electrical insulator: suitable for electrical components.
  • Recyclable: contributes to sustainable solutions.
